If the application form shows an error when you click **Send my application**, it tells you which part to fix.

## Missing or invalid details

- **Please enter your name.**
- **Please enter a valid email address.**
- **Please enter a phone number with area or country code.** The number needs 7 to 15 digits.
- **Please complete the contact address (street, city and country).** The same check applies to the business address, unless you tick that it's the same as yours.
- **Please enter your business name.**
- **Please enter the web address people should visit, like https://yourbusiness.com.** It must be a normal public website address.
- **Please describe what you do in a sentence or two (at least 20 characters).** The description can be up to 600 characters.
- **Please choose at least one service you offer.**
- **Please give a price range for** a service: the highest price can't be less than the lowest, and prices can't be negative. If a service is free, choose **free** as the unit.
- **Please agree to the terms to apply.** Tick the confirmation box.

## The security check

- **Please complete the check at the bottom of the form.**
- **The check did not pass. Please reload the page and try again.**

## Limits

- **That application is too large.** Shorten the longer text answers.
- **Too many applications from this address. Please try again later.** Up to 5 applications can be sent from one internet connection in an hour.

## I applied twice by accident

If the same email address applies again within a day, the second application is treated as a duplicate and isn't saved again. You don't need to do anything; the first one is in the queue.
