Open the form, click **Short link**, then **Customize link**. Type 3 to 40 letters, numbers, or hyphens. The form checks whether the name is free as you type.

Changing the name does not break old links. Every earlier name still opens the form, and nobody else can take a name you have used. Each form can hold up to 200 names.
