You log the campaigns and the spend yourself. Ad Spend Tracker does not sign in to Amazon, Meta, or any other ad site, and it does not read Sales Tracker.
Add a campaign for a book, then log each bit of spend: the date, the amount, and, if you have them, impressions, clicks, sales, and revenue. ROI is calculated from the spend and revenue you typed in.
