How do I find a reader and filter the list?

  1. Open Reader Profiles from the left sidebar.
  2. Type in the search box to search by name, email, label or anything you've written in your notes.
  3. Use the dropdowns to narrow the list:
    • Any label: show only readers with one label.
    • Any score: show only Reliable, Mixed, Often goes quiet or No history yet readers.
    • Sort by Most recent, Name or Best score first.
  4. Next to Color, click a colored dot to show only readers you've given that color. Click it again to turn the filter off.
  5. Click Clear filters to reset everything.

Each row shows the reader's name and email, how many ARCs and beta reads they've had, their score, their labels, and a Leak flag if one has been added. The list loads 100 readers at a time. Click Show more at the bottom to see the rest.

Click a reader to open their profile. Click All Reader Profiles to go back.

Opening a profile from ARC Tracker or Beta Readers

You don't have to search. In ARC Tracker or Beta Readers, open the menu on a reader's row and choose Reader profile. This option only appears when the entry has an email address. ARC Tracker also has a Reader Profiles button that opens the full list.
